All services disabled.

I am having a problem with all system services stoping. I started having
problems with my network connections and when I went to check the NIC in the
device manager no devices showed up. Then I checked the services and all
were disabled. I enabled them and restarted and all worked OK. I have had
this happen several times over the last couple of days. Anyone know what may
cause this?

thanks in advance

I have McAfee with the latest dat files running. The OS is XP Pro with SP1a
and all patches installed. I can't think of anything that could be causing
this. Could it be hardware related?

My services are all disabled save for the ones that involve video and a few others. I do not know which ones to enable or how to enable them all at once. Is there a way to enable them all at once? I have my intel P4 2.6c overclocked to 3.08 right now...could that be the cause?
