All programs

From the start menu- all programs- I cannot get all the
programs to display as they go of the screen- is there a
way to put them all into a drop menu- or get them all to
display on the screen- its going to be so simple- I know
but I just cannot find out how to do this

Try right clicking Start Menu>Properties>Customize>Advanced>
Under "Start Menu Items" uncheck the box next to "Scroll Programs"
