All programs

I recently upgraded from ME it XP pro. Now when I go to
the start menu and click on all programs nothing comes
up, I have tried hitting enter and still nothing. I
changed to the classic view and it shows the programs
folder as empty. Anyone know how to fix this. It was
fine for the first few hours. Thanks

Hi,

See if they are under the AllUsers program folder, or stored under a local
profile. Look here:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs

They should be here:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

They are under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs, and C:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs but I still can
not access them from the start menu and all programs. IS
there anyway to get that feature back?
