After yet another BSOD from my system (a frequent event these days, long
story), I now have a weird issue - Start opens the usual menu, but if I
hover over (or click on, doesn't matter) the All Programs item, it never
opens. If I right-click it and choose Open I can then get to the shortcuts
on the menu, so the menu appears to be intact still... so how come it won't
open by itself? I suspect a registry problem since I have had "The registry
had to be recovered... " warnings recently. There's a good chance it wasn't
as successful as it claims {:v(
