I have defragged and changed visual settings, however the programs are really slow to load eg. internet explorer takes about 1-2 miutes to boot up. This has occured the last 4 days and I have tried virus scanning and there seems to be no virus. Any ideas?

Hi Jeremy,

Run the Spyware cleaners included in the Cleaners zip on line 308. Sad to
say, but you need at least two. Some catch what others miss.

Hey Jeremy if you are still reading this post i had the
same problem. Check your virus scanning software. At
first disable autofile scan and then try opening
everything. Oh and which virus scanner utility are you
using. Just to see if we are using the same since we had
same problem. If that fixes the problem then id say re-
install your software. It worked for me.
