Can anybody tell me how to organize the all programs display in XP like you could in ME and 98?. Example would be to organize them into folders so there are not all the programs displayed everywhere.

The Start menu consists of the contents of two folders:
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\START MENU
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\{username}\START MENU
You can arrange the shortcuts in these folders.

Pretty much the same way except you will be working with more folders:
Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu
Documents and Settings\<user>\Start Menu
Each user's start menu is comprised of shortcuts from those sources: All
Users and their own account.

While logged on to an account, right click the start button and select
Explore All Users. Right click again and select Explore. You now have two
Windows Explorer windows open showing the folders that make the start menu
for the current user.

From here, organize folders and shortcuts the same way you did in Win98.
Keep in mind that anything in the All Users folders show up in every user's
start menu. Things in your start menu folders will only show up for you.
