all of a sudden my outlook will not send mail, although I receive.

All the settings for the email accounts are correct according the the isp

What did you find out? I'm in the same boat. When I write a message and try
to send, it gets stuck in the outbox. As soon as I delete it from the outbox,
I can receive mail. Help!
