ALL NUMBERS I TYPE HAVE DECIMAL POINT

ALL OF MY EXCEL FORMS THAT I UPDATE DAILEY ARE ADDING A DECIMAL POINT TO ALL
OF MY NUMBERS ANDIN SOME CASES ARE ROUNDING UP .
 
Tools>options>edit and clear fixed decimal places

Stop using caps only, it is annoying and considered shouting

That would be a reason for typing in all caps, but not a reason for sending in
all caps.
