All my 'services' disabled

Hi, I need serious help,

I had to shut off my computer when my monitor had a problem. I just
turned off the computer by the plug (I couldn't see anything on the
monitor).

Now, the windows is operating but it's kind of wierd. It has the old
windows 95 appearance instead of the blue bars etc.

All the services have also been disactivated.

Any ideas how I restore the services to the normal default settings?

Thanks Ramesh,

I tried a restore rollback, but it didn't change the settings. I reset
them manually using the list from the sitepage you indicated. Everything
seems to be working well.
