all messages not downloaded

I set up my newsgroups for school. It downloaded all of the messages except
for 12 of them. How do I fix this and retrieve the messages that are not
downloaded???

Go to Tools | Options | Read and uncheck the option to download xxx headers
at a time. That will let you get all the messages. If it still shows some
not downloaded then just ignore it, as its likely a bug.
