can't download all files

In a message there is 39 files I need to download and I'm only getting 36,
saying that my security is stopping some files...how can I get these 3 files
to download? I know they are safe as it's for a school assignment? THANKS!!

What it is, is a zipped file with 39 files in it. I am only getting 36 and

Go to Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and also
uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

If no improvement, select the Internet zone from that same window.
