All E-mails received converted to plain text, though not marked

All the messeges i receive are converted to plain text automatically. I do
get the option to convert them back to HTML. I made sure that the option to
receive messeges in plain text is not checked.
all the links included in those messeges can not be operated and never
respond.
 
If those messages are in your Junk E-mail folder, move them to another folder.
