alerts scrolling

I am having the same problem with alerts scrolling too
fast to read. This occurred after moving the toolbar to
the right of my screen. Anyone else ?

Everyone with a vertical taskbar sees this issue. I haven't heard of it
from those with horizontal taskbars.

If you can manage a diagonal taskbar, you can be the first to report
results!
