Aiternate credentials

Is there any way to offer remote assistance using alternate credentials. My
problem is, our help desk is in a different domain than the users PCs. So
whenever I try to offer remote assistance, it says Permission denied.
Although When I join the helpdesk PC to the same domain, everything works
fine. Is there a way that I could offer remote assistance with different
credentials, which uses an account in the user domain and has admin rights on
the PC.

Thanks,
Dave

Trusted Domains. (Maybe)
