I have an AIM icon on my desktop and when i click on it
to get on it nothing happens what am I suppose to do? And
I use AIM alll the time!

Have you tried reinstalling it? AIM is not a default part of Windows, it's
an add-in and is not installed with Windows setup unless it was provided by
your OEM. If you installed it, you should still have the application and be
able to reinstall it.
