I am trying to install the AGP drivers off the MB CD. The setup.exe come
back to say the .exe has generated errors and will shut down. Every time it
says this. I can even load the drivers for my video card. Can anyone help?
Thanks

Try contacting the MB manufacturers web site for later version of
motherboard drivers.

These are the drivers that came with the board. They were installed once
before and working already. I had some virus and data mining interference
removals over the past months and now the AGP port, or the drivers are
unidentifiable. It installed a generic on boot. When I try to install from
the CD again, the .exe generates errors. So I am thinking it must be the
Win2K must have changed up in the interim and needs to be patched someway,
without total reinstall hopefully.

Sounds like a pretty hosed system already. Perhaps the anti-virus is
interferring. have you tried doing the setup in Safe Mode?
