agobot variants - .MB & .BX

I've got two agobot variants running amok in my machine - Win32.agobot.MB and Win32.agobot.BX Has anyone else here been affected by these, and if so, have you had success in wiping them out? I've tried and tried (after successful download) to install Microsoft patches, but they start to unpack, then I lose the setup completely. I have firewall up, I've disabled system restore... I just don't know where to go from here. Thanks in advance for any help!
