Aging passwords

How do you remove aging passwords? In the users account, I selected the
"Password never expires" option, but the user is still asked to change
passwords in 10 days. Is there another location for setting aging passwords?

In Tom <[email protected]> had this to say:

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:

This is a bit more complex than the other one I suppose...

Start
Run
Type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes
Hit enter
Click on Advanced tab
Click on Advanced button
Find/Highlight your user account under the "Users" section
Right click it
Select properties
TICK the option to select that the password never expires
