after XP upgraded it's asking for non-existing password

I have loaded an update that came via automatic Win XP
updater and it started to ask me for user password at log-
on. There was no passwords on any of the accounts, but
it doesn't take "blank" or any of the passwords I can
think of for an password. How do I log back to my
computer, any advice? Pls. help!

Hi

Which particular update was installed? You can't log into XP in 'normal'
mode? Try pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del at the Welcome screen to access the
Administrator Account and access Windows that way.

I have used options 1 & 3 with success.
