After SP2, Access "installs" at each time opened

I have a number of computers (7 or 8) some W2K, some XP, all with Office
2003. After Office SP2 install, everytime you open Access, it goes through
an install routine. If it only happened once after SP2, that wouldn't be too
bad. But it happens *every* time.

If I rebuild the machine from scratch from and image the problem won't be
there. Or, if I uninstall Office entirely, including using the Office Clean
utility, it works fine after reinstalling Office. Until I install OSP2 that
is.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you used windows GPO to install Office 2003 SP2. Please try to install
Office 2003 SP2 from CD or from a shared location to all the machines and i
hope you will not face any such issue.
