After loading W2K SP4 blue screen. (cannot load winsrv.dll)

I havnt found much of anything on the internet about this
problem yet. But after loading SP4 on our windows 2000
machines some of them booted up with a blue screen saying
cannot load winsrv.dll. I replaced the winsrv.dll file
with a known good one and still the same error. Right now
I have 29 machines with the blue screen, It is really
killing our productivity. Can someone PLEASE help us?
