After installing SP4 the computer keeps restarting

I have installed windows 2000 SP4 and after that the
computer keeps restarting.
Even boot in safe mode won't work.

Any ideas????

I have the save problem with 3 of my pc's, but 40 0thers
work O.K.

I have no solution either. Let me know when you find one
other than backing out of SP4 back to SP3.
