After install MS AntiSpyware unable to reach certain websites

Just information (System WinXP HE SP2)
example: trying to reach http://www.kellys-korner.com/, computer frooze
completely, Ctrl-Alt-Del not functionning. Tried different times, each time
again only new reboot (push button) possible with diskcontroll.
Uninstalled AntiSpyware, everything again ok.
 
Ditto here....for some reason my NIS 2005 firewall was preventing me from
accessing the web after install of MS AS. Not sure if this was a
self-protection mechanism for Norton but it hosed up my system something
bad. Same problems with Ctrl-Alt-Del not functionning.

Uninstalled MS AS and did a system restore...now back to normal.
