After clicking on more than 1 link I get blank pages

When I try to follow a link, that will only work the
first time.

From the second time on, it only opens a blank page.

Do I need to reinstall IE and what is the best way to do
so ?

You Cannot Open New Internet Explorer Window or Nothing Happens After You
Click a Link
Nothing happens. The new window may be blank.
