Joe,
I use the free version of Adware by Lavasoft. For
additional features, it requires a price but not much at
all. I'm the Open Source type of Admin that will use
freeware if I can and only pay for software if I
absolutely have to. I've had a very good experience with
Lavasoft's Adware.
