SEP Adware removal

I recently installed the Microsoft Beta Spyware and also Adware and also Spy
Subtract all of which effectively cleaned out the Spy that infected my
computer. However every time I now log on to my computer I get an Alert pop
up from Microsoft Anti Spy ware as follows:

Microsoft AntiSpyware has detected the threat SEP trying to install a
Browser Helper Object on your computer. If you would like to allow SEP to
install the Browser Helper Object click the 'Allow' button below.

Name: SEP
Type: Adware
Threat Level: Severe
Description: SEP installs an Internet Explorer browser helper object and
toolbar.
Advise: This is a very high risk threat and should be removed immediately as
to prevent harm to your computer or your privacy.

It takes me to or three steps and about 3 to 4 minutes every day to remove
the threat before starting to use my computer.

1) If Microsoft Anti Spyware has removed all traces of the threat why does
it automatically come up every time as a new attack.
2) Is there any way to tell the program to automatically kill/ reject this
threat every time it comes up with out asking my permission and wasting my
time.
Appreciate any advice.

Thank you for your reply. However when I went to the control Panel and asked
to delete programs, the list of programs that came up included SEP and
ESyndicate which I removed and the problem seems to have ceased.
Thank you
