Advice on additional memory?

Wise choice, a Gig is fine for gaming.

As I understand it, anything above a Gig is useful for high end CAD and imaging programs for professional users.

I still think, but don't know for sure, that having, say, 2Gb of memory may help gaming, but the difference, imo, would be negligible and the bang for the buck just ain't worth it.

I just speculating, don't know for sure :)
 
Yeah that seems to be the optimal amount of ram for gaming is 1 gig any more than that and its wasted cash that could be going elsewhere....:)

Thats why i is got 1 gig of Corsair, i have the money to buy more but i know i don't need it....:D
