Goto User Accounts in Control Panel -> Click on Advanced Tab and then on the
button labeled 'Advanced' -> A Window titled 'Local Users and Groups' will
open. Click on the folder titled 'Users' on the left side and then select
and right click on the user for which you want to block the password
changing option and select 'Properties' from the popup menu

My user account post in control panel doesen't seem to have this Advanced Tab. Where can I find this tab? Have looked everywhere. In my "User Accounts" there's only a few boxes to click. I would be very greatfull if someone could help me

Thanks in advance

It should be:
start, run, type in: control userpasswords2, hit enter. The correct box
should come up now.
