Advanced button in user account

i cannot see advanced button in my user account window.On
pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del i see windows task manager, but not
screen of lock computer,shutdown etc. buttons.....help plz
 
If you want Control-Alt-Delete to bring up the Windows Security dialog box
rather than the Task Manager, you're going to have to turn off the Welcome
Screen

To do this, goto Control Panel, User Accounts
Then choose "Change the Way Users log on and off"
Then unselect "Use Welcome Screen"

Press ok to accept the changes.
 
Advanced button exactly where? If for the Users Accounts:

Start/Run/control userpasswords2

Double click in the broad border - that toggles the simple view you have
with the full one
