ADSL problems

Since i've ADSL my computer has a constant upstream and i'm unable the
reacht the WWW, however ther is an connection with my ISP.
Operating system is XP modem is USB adsl connectec by Zonnet.
Does anyone know what to do?

You should contact your ISP for help. There are so many possible factors
that it's hard to troubleshoot without more information.

"Constant upstream" do you mean upload? If so check for viruses and
spyware. Download and run Spybot Search and Destroy for the latter.
