Adress bar search

Somehow my autosearch hookups were disabled by another
program and now that I have quarantined the spyware I can
no longer do an auto search from my address bar. Is there
a way I can reload the necessary files that were
overwritten by the spyware to allow me to do this again?
 
You should be able to add in the registry - in HKEY Local Machine -
Software - Microsoft - Internet Explorer - Search: data fields
CustomizeSearch and SearchAssistant the search service you want -
http://search.msn.com
