adprep /forestprep

I want to add another DC to my domain. I want to run ADprep /forestprep
/domainprep from my domain controller. I try to run it form the command
prompt and windows says its not a recignized command. Do I need to download
this somewhere? How do I do this?

It's on the Windows Server 2003 CD ROM.

Greg,

Just to be clear... You only need to do the forest prep if you are
introducing your first 2003 server into the forest and domain prep for the
first 2003 in the domain. If you are just adding an additional server, you
can just promote with dcpromo.
