I keep on getting this error message with bargains.exe and I have started my
computer in safe mode and have ran adaware and spybot search and destroy (all
with updated definitions)and have also ran hijackthis, cwshredder, and
spywareblaster and have removed everything. I restart the computer and i do
not get the error anymore when i start internet explorer but on the second
restart I get the error over again. Any clues on why it comes back? I have
already checked and removed any bad programs and made sure all bad processes
was not running and nothing bad started up in msconfig.......

From researching one fix I found was it could be the Bullsseye Network.
Search all files on the C: drive for bargains.exe files, meaning Bullseye
was installed on your pc, recommended to rename files ex:
bargains.exe.bad also search under Windows/Programs for Bullseye
folder, you should find uninstall program for the Bullseye Network.

Good Luck
