Adobe Photo editing- which one?

I have a 900 Mhz AMD Athlon processor and 384 MB of PC133 RAM. I can get any
version of Adobe Photoshop. Which one should i get that will work well with
my computer? I currently have the Photoshop Elements 4 but it is sort of slow
on my comp and it doesnt have every feature that I would like. Are there more
tutorials out there specifically designed for elements or are there more for
regular photoshop? Basically I want the photoshop that I will be able to find
out how to do the most with and that works fast on my computer. I wont
necessarily get it though. Im just looking at some suggestions and opinions.

Photoshop, any version, is one of those CPU and RAM hungry applications
that will bring your present system to it's knees. It is underpowered for
Photoshop.
