Adobe Flash 9.0.16 doesn't work on other accouts

Hi,
Who has an answer on this:
I've installed flash on my computer but it wont run on other accounts then
the one its installed from. It simply refuses. I've tried everything
(uninstall -install etc.) but nothing seems to work. I don't use restricted
accounts, Adobe help i've tried all

I've tried it all: nu success: the site says 9.0.,16 installed but it gives
no animation !

I found the answer & fixed it.
Look in www.donglefree.com
select Flashfix
It worked great.
