ADMT Domain names

When you migrate from NT4 to Win2K using the ADMT can
your NT4 domain name be the same in Win2k. I know that
there is an extension (.local in our case) on the end of
the new AD domain name. But I was hoping to be able to
keep our existing domain name.

The domain name must be different. If you wish to maintain the same netbios
domain name then you should upgrade that domain to Windows 2000.
