Administrators only error when using Windows Update

Everytime I try to use Windows Update I receive an
Administrators Only Error. I'm signed on as the
administrator but it still produces the error.
Help.

Are you logged on as a User CALLED Administrator, or are you logged on
as THE Administrator? What version of XP?
