Administrator User Account Cannot Access Internet

I am the administrator on my home PC, and I have 3 limited accounts for other
family members. All other accounts are able to log on the internet, but my
administrator account does not have access. My ISP was no help. Any thoughts
 
Please explain precisely what happens when you try to log on using the
administrator account along with any error messages. Also, are you using
your ISP's software and is it installed in the administrator account?
