Limited User Privileges only on Administrator Account???

Please help - Internet Explorer somehow stopped working, though DSL obviously
connecting correctly. I am able to run IE with the right-click, 'Run as',
which shows me that for some reason the profile only has Limited User rights
now for no reason. On top of that, there is limited use as far as what sites
I can get to (it refuses to log into my Hotmail account). There is only one
user on this computer, and it is set up as an Administrator. Logging into
Safe Mode, I can also see the original Adminstrator, as well as my account,
both with Administrator privileges. What can I do to restore the full rights
to my account?? Thanks in advance.

First, be sure your antivirus software has the latest definitions and run a
virus scan.

Second, download, install and run Ad Aware:

If this is a relatively recent issue, you might try using System Restore to
take you back to a time when this worked properly. Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore. If that doesn't resolve
it, try the information below.
