Administrator password

I have installed XP home edition and at the startup
screen if you press "control alt delete" to get to the
screen where you can enter the Administrator and password
I get a message reading "could not log you on due to an
account restriction". What do I have to do in order to
fix this problem so I can access the Administrator
account? Help.

You can to login as Administrator in Safe mode only [using XP Home]
