Administrator, Owner, & My Account folders Messed Up?

I have a total of 13 folders under D&S for our 5 users. The All Users, local
and network service, Owner, User1, User2, User3, Guest, Yanire, User4,
Administrator, New User, & Default. I’m supposed to be “Yanireâ€, yet I’m
really using the “Owner†account, yet the "Yanire" account has a folder as if
it were a regular user account -except that the only folder within is a
"Programs", folder which includes an "Accessories", "Startup", and 3 other
program folders and that's it. Apparently this is where some (not all) of my
downloaded programs go -today I downloaded a program and now I see a new
folder for it within this "Yanire/Programs" folder.

Administrator account has a folder named "Yanire's Documents." In it are "My
eBooks", "My Videos", "Sharedocs", "Yanire's Music", "Yanire's Pictures".
There is also a "WINDOWS" folder and in it is a "system" folder. These last
two are in every user's profile -because it was in the default user profile
at first, but the funny thing is that they are empty in every user's profile.
I’ve created a new default user without these last two folders. Hopefully
that’s what I was supposed to do.

I noticed this mess up because I keep getting file sharing errors, services
cannot be started errors, device handle errors, and server errors -and I
wonder if it's because all my folders seem to be everywhere and it’s messed
up my security settings –I don’t even have the file sharing option under
Tools>Folder Option> View. Then again, I think that has something to do with
belonging to a domain -but if I do, I don't know how I did that. I don't even
know how to check what server I have to search or troubleshoot it.

Perhaps I should mention that I had a major motherboard meltdown 2 yrs ago.
I took my pc t to get fixed and they had start from scratch with the Windows
disk (whatever that means). Anyways, I hope I was kind of clear. I know it’s
confusing. I’ve been working on this for 8 months now, trying to search here
and there. I am so over it now. Can someone help me, please?
