Administrator have no rights to add the new hardware

Hi All:
I have 2 DC in 1 Domain, when remove the Secondary DC from domain,
that is unsucessfully remove the AD from this domain, that error message is
show me havn't rights to remove AD even login user is administrator, and I
am reinstall a new win2000 server and use different computer name, but this
new install server can't add as DC because that can't replication with the
existing DC, and now I am install new hardware in that exisiting DC, that
system prompt I haven't rights to modify the Harware setting! Who can solve
this problem, Thanks a Lot....

Use http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;216498 first
to remove references of your old domain controller from domain and then add
your new DC to the domain.
