Administrator - Disabled

I'm the administrator on our computer (big mistake) with two accounts set up as limited users. Some how I disabled myself as the administrator and know I'm unable to enable it becuse the other accounts are denied access becuase they need to contact the administrator but I can not do that. Any help? Please

Go into Safe Mode (tapping F8 while the computer is starting will get
you to the right menu) and log on as Administrator. Unless you
specifically changed it, the default password is blank, so just hit
"Enter". Once in, go to the User Accounts applet in Control Panel and
fix the accounts with the problem. This assumes you have Windows XP
Home Edition since you didn't say.
