Administrator account

I turned off my windows Administartor account and now when I boot my comp. it
says to click on user name to log in but there is no user name to click on.
Im running windows 200 xp. Can any one help?

are you running XP or 200(2000, 2k)?

Im running windows 2000 xp. I tried ctrl +alt+del. but when i type name and
password it says its wrong. I created the admin. account on Novemeber 28 then
decided I didnt want it so I disabled it now I cant access my comp. I also
tried to boot in safe mode still nothing.

how did you disable Admin account?

What accounts show up when you use Safe Mode?

What did you Name the Admin account?

Don't confuse (at least me) with Admin account vs Admin account privileges!!
There is an "Administrator" account
and there are "User" account with administrator rights/privileges.

I don't think the system will allow you to create 2 "administrator" accounts
or delete the "administrator" account.

I went into user account and disabled it there. Safe mode dont show any
account just a black screen with the word "safemode" in the corners then it
goes to the welcome window asking me to click on user account to log. I dont
remember the admin account name just the name I used for user account.
