Administrator Account User is Locked-out

When setting up user accounts in Windows, I only created one administrator
and forgot the password that was changed. It did not change my msn/hotmail
password. Is there a way that I can reset the administrator user account
when all other users are limited?

Where you using the built in Administrator account or another account with
Admin privileges that you created? It might be an easier fix if it's the
latter. Either way something in this link should help you.

Also if you have been working day to day in the built in Administrator
account, that's not good practice. That account should be kept in reserve
in case something damages the normal working account. Good practice is to
create at least one other account with admin privileges for day to day
activities, set a strong password on the Administrator account and set that
aside. You can copy data and settings from the Administrator account to the
new admin account.
