administrator account accessibility

We have a computer that we didn't think anyone else would
have access to, so the user used the Administrator log-in
as her personal space; e.g. all of her files are stored
in the "my documents" area of Administrator. We set up a
new account on the computer, and now the administrator
can only be accessed in safe mode. We would like this
account to be accessible at the log-on in normal mode.
Is there anyway we can do this? Or can she access her
files another way?

If you have Windows XP Pro, you can use Tweak UI:

In reality it is not a good idea to use any Administrator profile
especially the default Administrator for routine use.
Instead create another profile and copy the data to the new profile:
