Yeah i am wondering if i am able to have 2 administrator accounts on a
computer, but have it so the administrator accounts cannot remove, or change
the passwords of the others. Is this possible at all, if it is can someone
please reply thank you very much.

Yes to two administrators. No to blocking the change of passwords. Block it
for one admin, it's blocked for all.
