administrator access

Just bought a used, off the shelf, laptop. I tried to
save to cd and it, the laptop, says that I cannot and to
see an adminstrator for an access code.I am the
administrator. Can you help? thanks

Sorry, but this newsgroup is actually devoted to questions regarding the
security of Microsoft Access databases.

Perhaps you could try a newsgroup related to whichever version of Windows
you have on your laptop - for example
microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin
