Administrative tools

i cant use any Administrative tools or defrag even when logged on as an
administrator. click the button but nothing happens help please

Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
Double-click DCOM Server Process Launcher
Set its startup type to Automatic
Restart Windows

Try running Defrag now.
