Administrative bypassing please

Im over my friends house and i brought a 1.37 gig game and a 839 meg
game over on a dvd then i had to go get my dvd-r drive to read it to
put it on his computer and anyways it turns out i cant install this
drive because i need adminstrative rules and is there anyway to bypass
this and his mom whos the only one with adminstrative rules wont be
back till tommorow
